Agency engagement terms & conditions – Rentals
Properties enquiries, advertising, sourcing, shortlisting and arranging of visits with clients do not attract any upfront fees.

Once properties from services above are negotiated, secured, signed and rented by client, the following applicable fee structure is payable by client at same time as rent payable or receivable to YAO Properties Ghana Ltd or representative;

• 1 or 2 year lease signed  = One month’s rent amount.
• 6 – 9months lease signed = 10% of total lease amount.
• 5 months or less lease signed = 15-20 % of total lease amount.
