YAO Properties registered under Jekog YAO Ghana Limited, Reg no: CS230582019; is a professional real estate service company, operational in Accra, Ghana.
Managed by Yomi Ogunniyi, with the aim of providing efficient and friendly real estate service to various categories of home searchers, companies, organizations and property owners in Accra.

With over 8 years of real estate market and expatriates experience, YAO Property team offers clients one on one expat orientation and insights, filled with practical advice on where and how to get about in Accra, managing home-searchers and property owners’ expectations and building good relationships all around.

Clients are assured of customized real estate service, solutions are tailored to client’s specific home or office requests

Yomi Ogunniyi, REALTOR® is the owner-operator of YAO Properties – a property rental and sales advisory business in Accra, Ghana.
A licensed member of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association GREPA and National Association of REALTORS®.

YAO Properties provides a highly personalized real estate service for clients primarily in the expatriate communities who have specific requirements and who may need her services and advice prior to their arrival in Ghana.

Prior to setting up YAO Properties in 2019, Yomi was instrumental in the start-up and growth of accraexpat.com’s real estate department for 7 years. During this time, Yomi has developed exceptional insight into the fast-developing real estate sector, and cultivated excellent partnerships with property developers, realtors, and owners.

Agency Engagement Terms & Conditions

YAO Properties’ engagement terms & conditions are as follows;
– Properties enquiries, advertising, sourcing, shortlisting and arranging of visits with clients do not attract any upfront fees.

– Once properties from services above are negotiated, secured, signed and rented by client, the following applicable fee structure is payable by client at same time as rent payable or receivable to Jekog YAO Ghana Limited or representative;

1 or 2 year lease signed = One month’s rent amount
6 – 9month lease signed = 10% of total lease amount
5 month or less lease signed = 15-20 % of total lease amount

The above is applicable at lease renewals by clients.
